What is your turnaround time? Our turnaround time will be up to 7-14 business days and we strive to have them out faster. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

S H I P P I N G- We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.

How can we contact you? You can reach us at creationsbytheandersons@gmail.com. We love hearing from our customers! Our customer service team is available to answer any questions and inquiries you have have. Please allow 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays) for a response.

R E F U N D S- Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If the item arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, please contact me immediately on how to resolve this issue. Please refer to all size charts prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing.

That being said, I stand behind everything we sell, and your satisfaction is my TOP priority. If you are not in love with your purchase for some reason, please reach out via email so we can work on a resolution
